To the extent permitted by applicable law, Filmpitch assigns to you any rights it may have in the AI generated output created through the Services once it has been generated and delivered to you.
You may use generated content for personal or commercial purposes.
However, Filmpitch does not guarantee that:
Filmpitch retains all rights, title, and interest in the Site, software, artificial intelligence systems, algorithms, and underlying technology used to provide the Services.

Memberships automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the billing period.
Credits purchased through the Site may expire after a specified period. Expiration policies will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Unused credits are non-refundable unless required by law.
Filmpitch may change membership pricing by providing at least 30 days notice.
All payments are processed through third party payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal.
By making a purchase you agree to the applicable terms of the payment provider. Filmpitch does not store credit card information.
Due to the digital nature of AI generated content, purchases are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be granted at our discretion where required by applicable law.
The Site may integrate with or link to third party services. We are not responsible for the availability or actions of third party services.
If Filmpitch provides developer APIs or integrations in the future, such access may be subject to additional terms, usage limits, and developer policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Filmpitch LLC will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or claims arising from AI generated content.
Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by you to Filmpitch in the previous 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Filmpitch LLC from any claims arising from your use of the Site, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your use of AI generated outputs.
Filmpitch respects the intellectual property rights of others.

Filmpitch will not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, internet outages, cloud provider failures, government actions, or unforeseen events.
